Jump Cheat Glitch. (Levels 1, 4, and 7.)

Okay, First you need to activate the jump cheat. (Lol)
Then go to the power plant, jump into it and yuo should be near the bridge and underneath is green goo. With power plant workers. Use the jump cheat again to get out, don't go back in. Then all the people walking along the street SHOULD be power plant workers.

P.S.S.S It actually only works on level 1 and 4, you can get in the power plant on level 7! (Or can you? O.O?)

Okay firstly what Console are you using? I only know it for PS2.

what is the jump cheat code???

If it's the PC version then do these:

1.Go to the In-game menu.
2.Go to options.
3.Hold F1 while typing these:left,left,left,right(USING THE ARROW KEYS!)
4.Go back to the gameplay and press whatever your horn button is.
5.Your car should jump after that.

In short, if you have it, use Lucas' tweak. Then do the following:

1.Go to tools, then click Cheats.
2.Select the cheat you want to use in the game.

  You can't get into the Power Plant on Level 7. Beyond that blocking steel wall is nothing.

P.S. Your glitch didn't work for me, and I don't know why.
